1. Mental-emotional self-knowledge:
  • Distinction between emotions / sensations and thoughts
  • How do I position myself in relation to my emotions and sensations?
  • How do I become more aware of my emotions and sensations?
  • The distinction between interpretable and noticeable / disputable and indisputable / imagination and reality
  • Do I experiment life in imagination or in reality? The model of presence in reality
2. Knowing and managing the mechanism (cause) emotions are based on
  • What is the true cause of emotions?
  • How do we identify and “isolate” the emotion generators – in concrete situations of interactions inside the team?
  • How should we use emotions as allies in identifying fixed ideas and non functional convictions?
  • Investigation of fixed ideas on which “unpleasant” emotions are based, and the mental-emotional repositioning
3. Managing the effects of emotions at body level. Biochemical self-adjustment.
  • Emotion inhibition and externalizing – as non functional automatic tendencies
  • How do we let out emotions, in a healthy and functional way?
  • How to use the emotional factor in validating difficult decisions?
4. Emotion expression in the relationships with the others
  • PRO and AGAINST emotional externalization in the professional vs. personal environment
  • When is the “right moment” for emotional externalization?
  • What should I say and do for a healthy emotional externalization?
